Weber ShandwickI was coordinating some desksides in NYC and our client demanded that we change caterers the day before our event. I needed to get a TON of product to the new caterer, so I called Harold Hamby with Events Direct in St. Louis. It was 5:00 in Chicago when I called him. At 6:30 (7:30 in NY), I got a call on my cell from a delivery guy in NYC saying that he’d just delivered the cases of product (which he found at four different stores and purchased himself) to our caterer. Harold saved my ass…big time. The client was astounded that we were able to pull this off flawlessly without staff in NYC. The amazing thing is that Harold does this stuff all the time.

Harold Hamby at Events Direct can get just about anything to anyone at any time anywhere in the US. I swear, he’s like a legend in the logistics world.
